About the role - Business Analyst (jun/mid level)

Key facts to consider
- 1250 - 2700 GBP per month, depending on role fit and experience level
- Full-time, reporting to the Head of Product Delivery

Responsibilities
- Understand and document the problem to be solved
- Translate business requirements and needs into product solutions
- Coordinate with the product team members on the requirements clarification step and assist all the way to production release
- Contribute to the development and improvement of the team practices and of the business requirements processes
Qualifications & skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Romanian.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally from a technical institution.
- Proficient in creating structured Requirements and Acceptance Criteria that minimize development rework and ensure technical alignment.
- Comfortable interviewing clients/people about their behavior and needs
- Capable of interpreting code to perform root cause analysis, validate data integrity, and optimize system integration workflows.
- Expertise in transforming ambiguous stakeholder input into structured, hierarchical documentation
Nice to have
- Certification in Business Analysis
- Proficiency in using Spanish and/or French and/or German is a plus
Our recruitment process

- A practical exercise that we will ask you to present to the team.
- An interview with the product team, where we aim to learn more about you and your skills for this role.
