Key data for you to consider
- Income: 2700 - 3800 GBP gross/month, depending on role fit and experience level
- Yearly profit share

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI and internal frameworks
- Develop and maintain internal CI/CD frameworks to standardize and streamline build, test, and deployment processes across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate automated testing, security checks, and compliance into CI/CD workflows.
- Manage and optimize databases, including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis, ensuring high availability, performance, and data integrity

Experience
- Previous experience with tools in our stack or similar technologies, with a strong interest in learning new ones.
- Familiarity with version control, such as git
- Strong Linux skills, system administration, shell scripting, package management, process monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Automation and scripting languages such as Bash, Python or similar
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- Certifications such as: CI/CD Pipeline Certifications (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Previous experience in areas like software development, information security or computer networks.
Our recruitment process for this role consists of two phases:
Phase 1: An initial interview with members of our Operations team. Candidates who complete Phase 1 will be given a timed technical assignment.
Phase 2: Following a review of all Phase 1 submissions, selected candidates will be invited to a final interview. During this interview, candidates will present their completed assignments to our team.
